Recite Mantras During Your Yoga Practice
Yoga is more than a physical activity - it can also be mental and spiritual.
Yoga is whatever you need it to be. One individual’s practice can be totally different from another’s. Many who practice yoga concentrate on specific mantras during and outside of their practice.
Next time you’re practicing. Concentrate on a specific mantra. Choose one you can relate to at your current state in life. Recite it in your head throughout your practice or make it your session’s purpose. You’ll leave your practice with a sense of renewal and direction.
There are a variety of mantras to choose from, but here are some to get you started!
