Yoga One Expansion in the QC
Yoga studio powerhouse, Yoga One, officially opened its new location in the Dilworth Neighborhood on August 5th. Yoga One has been a part of the Charlotte Yoga scene for 11 years. With over 500 monthly members at their central location alone, it's no wonder they were looking to expand. It's not just about physical space, but also for community growth.
"Yoga One is all about community" says Daniel Mccall, Executive Manager and Training leader, and with the new location still in its first 30 days, " We are really enjoying seeing what the Dilworth community will want from us as a studio."
The brand new building that houses Yoga One is designed in a Historic Mill style, which will immediately give you all the right feels to push through their challenging Power Yoga classes.
They are currently neighbors with Inizio Pizza (Perfect for after that 6 pm Power flow) and will soon be the 2nd story of Green Brothers Juicing Co. and Not Just Coffee (Pretty much perfect whenever).
With a mix of cedar ceilings, exposed brick, big windows and the perfectly curated playlists of their "Beats" classes, you may never want to leave this brand new studio.
The Dilworth location boasts over 30 classes a week, ranging from Power Flow to Slow Flow Beats.
If you are looking to deepen your practice and earn your spiritual gangster badge, you aren't too late to sign up for their Fall, "Course in Power" workshop.
Now that you can barely contain your excitement and feel the need to grab your mat and get their ASAP, you should also know that they currently have a
31 days for $31 special. One Full month of UN.LIM.IT.ED YOGA for $31.
