One of Charlotte's Top Nutritionist, Chris Bryan, is coming to Yoga On Tap March 1st to launch Charlotte into National Nutrition Awareness Month.
Chris Bryan is an RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutritionist. He is Founder of the popular Carolina Sweat fitness program and has been seen cooking and speaking to exercise philosophy on NBC, FOX , WBTV, WCCB and featured as a heath and fitness expert in several magazines.
His yoga classes are intended for all levels, teaching the beginner sound fundamentals while offering the advanced yogi and yogini a flow that will challenge them to take their practice to it's deepest potential. With a constant focus on Pranayama he instructs breathing techniques that help to elevate athletes in all areas of fitness as well as teach to relieve stress throughout our busy days.
