Beth Campbell will us through a calming yet challenging class that she is so known to deliver. Get ready to tap into an inner strength while learning to soften in your postures. Beth will show us how our yoga practice on the mat will begin to transform in our lives off the mat as we let go and realize we are exactly where we are meant to be.
Get to know Beth...
"I graduated from Ohio State University in 2002 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. I started personal training and teaching group fitness classes as I have always had a passion for fitness and health.
I first stepped onto my mat 14 years ago and became hooked. I learned to use my breath as a tool to "slow down" and to connect mind, body and spirit. Through the practice of learning to soften and let go in the posture it begins to transform into your own experiences off of the mat. You begin to let go and trust that exactly where you are in life is exactly where you are meant to be.
One of my favorite quotes is "Be kinder than necessary for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle. You never know what a smile, kind word or a hug can do to make someone's day" J.M. Barrie"
