A little about Ann Hardison:
I grew up with a love for music and dance, and from the time I took my first yoga class I was immediately hooked! To me, nothing compares to the challenge for the body, centering of the spirit and calming of the mind that the yoga practice provides. Sharing my passion for yoga with others has given me so much joy. I'm a caregiver by nature, and for me, teaching is food for the soul.
I received my 200-hour CYI in 2011 and I've taught group classes and private lessons since 2012. This will be my third time teaching Yoga On Tap's community class. I absolutely love the spirit and concept of this incredible event and I am so honored to lead this large and diverse group of yogis. OMB Yoga On Tap is truly a gift to the Charlotte Yoga community!
I would describe my classes as challenging and playful. Come prepared to sweat and have a great time! I take a lot of pride in developing my sequences and playlist. My goal is to leave each Yogi with a sense of accomplishment a lightness of heart.
Off the mat, my passions include caring for my four incredible children, cooking, the arts, traveling and almost any activity involving outdoors.
On March 29th, come celebrate the arrival of Spring and all that comes with it, including a reawakening of body and mind, a renewal of spirit, and fresh beginnings. Let's rock this out together! See you on your mat, and be sure to bring your friends!
