YES! Liza Morgan and Nina Miller are co-leading July 12th!
Liza is so grateful and excited to be back at Yoga On Tap! Most days you can find her running around barefoot, splitting her time between teaching at Charlotte Yoga and Yoga One. Liza first fell in love with yoga through taking Bryan Kest's classes while living in Santa Monica, CA. Years later she moved to North Carolina and completed her first 230 hour TT with Stephanie Keach at the Asheville Yoga Center.
She then went on to train at Yoga One and with Baron Baptiste. She believes in serving the world by using yoga to encourage people from all walks of life and is passionate about using her classes to spread the message that each of us is whole and complete just as we are. Come to class prepared to laugh, to work, to connect with people around you and to leave with a deeper sense of how you feel. When Liza isn't in the studio, she is probably playing outside with her dog Gemma, loving on her husband Chris and day dreaming about filling up her passport.
As a lover of all things beer and community, Nina Miller is thrilled to be co-leading Yoga on Tap with dear friend Liza Mills. Nina stumbled into her first Yoga class 10 years ago and never looked back. With a background in dance, the graceful and powerful flow of Vinyasa resonated with her immediately. Nina has studied with a wide range teachers and her teaching style is most inspired by Baron Baptiste.
For Nina, Yoga initially provided a vehicle for full-on self expression and exploration. In more recent years, Yoga has served her as a tool to stay acutely connected to a deep sense of gratitude andcultivate a profoundlove of life, even in the face life's greatest challenges. As a teacher, she inspires her students to create the life they want with each breathe, each encounter, each vibration and to infuse each day an energetic quality of "YES".
When not on her Yoga mat, Nina can be found spending time with her husband and two babies, enjoying live music, riding around town on two wheels or playing on a mountain. Nina currently teaches all level class and prenatal at Yoga One.
