"Hi, I'm Sarah and I'm excited to join you on your journey to becoming your best and feeling your best. After fourteen years with a successful career as a graphic designer, I decided to pursue my passion helping others redefine the way they see themselves through physical fitness, whole-person health and community.
I've always been an active person and enjoyed physical fitness but the journey to overall health became more fun and sustainable when I joined a community of like minded individuals, looking to develop the mind, body and soul. When we don't address the whole person imbalances begin to occur that cause us to lose motivation. But, when we begin to see how the body, mind and soul work together real progress can occur that will lead to lifelong change. Overall fitness is a path with many milestones along the way and the biggest one is getting started.
As a woman, wife, mom and friend, I know that life can feel overwhelming, and adding anything else to your plate might seem impossible. However, I promise that your decision to take charge of your fitness and health will make you more productive, confident and capable in all areas of life. When you begin to see fitness as a gift and not a duty it will completely change your perspective and outlook on life. I know, because I've experienced this myself.
So, do you want to change? Do you want to be your best? Do you want to offer your best to your friends and family? The good news is you can and I'm excited to teach you how.
