You can expect to move and breathe slowly while building heat and listening to atmospheric musi, ending with a long, rejuvenatin savasana and a cultivation of gratitude.
In a typical class with Kellen, there will be lots of hip openers and a heart-centered intention with reminders to remain fully present throughout the flow
