I first stepped onto my yoga mat 17 years ago when I was pregnant with my first born. From that first breath that I took I became hooked. Stepping onto my yoga mat taught me many things but mostly to SURRENDER in each breath that I took and to LET GO and LET GOD.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years teaching group fitness classes and personal training. Yoga is a form of exercise to heal the mind, body and soul. In order to heal you need to FEEL the pose in your own body. My body craves the vinyasa flow style of yoga so I teach mostly slow flow classes. I currently teach classes at Sara's YMCA, The Laughing Buddha yoga studio and beginning July 31st I will be teaching at the new Vibes in Southpark.
